What do you mean by "when training is completed"? Do you mean at the end of their training - so that this is the work that they do - or do you mean when they have learnt the basics in the classroom they continue their qualification and their learning through work place learning? If the latter, I'd be really interested to know how you manage that - how you support their learning, how you assess their learning, and how you manage the relationship with the work place.
This type of approach makes it easier for a teacher to review their students' work. Good set-up!
