Lerning Situations ( Photo 4 )

Student wash client's hair after highlights. After each treatment, one must use care products on the customer's hair. As a hairdresser you have to teach the customer how to take care of their hair. Students will also learn about how to sell the right products to the right customer.

  1. It's good that they learn about different kinds of products. It's a lot to choose from as a customer and hard to know whats best for the hair.

  6. How do you teach the students to sell the right product to the right client? Is there ever a clash between what you advise students to do and what the salon where they work advises them to do? If so, how do you manage that?
